“For over 100 years, the Green Bluff Growers Association has been the home to small local farmers, food stands and more. Founded in 1902, the group’s mission was to protect local strawberry growers from outside competition. Now, the association helps local farmers with agricultural tourism, increasing their exposure to the Spokane, Washington region and beyond. The promise of an old fashioned farm experience brings thousands of visitors each year to the rolling hills northeast of Spokane.
Whether you come for the you-pick orchards, or for the pre-picked fruits and vegetables, every farm has something different to offer. Maybe you want some Green Bluff Cider? Or how about some freshly baked pies?”
“Take a look at our list of Green Bluff farms and start a new Spokane tradition with your family and friends. Green Bluff offers a true agricultural experience from May-December where you can come and bring the whole family for fun on the farms!
Green Bluff has two loops, the West and East, full of small farms for children and adults alike. Part of what makes Green Bluff unique is that it’s the largest concentration of farms (over 30) within such a relatively small area (approx. 12 square miles.) in the United States. Although the association and its members may have changed and expanded over the last 100 years, the country hospitality of its members remains just as warm and friendly as a century ago. Come up and visit and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!”
