– I spoke to a Lender today that is offering 1% and even 2% of the purchase price back to the Buyer to “buy-down” the interest rate or to be used toward the Buyer’s Closing Costs (Buyer brings substantially less cash to the closing table). Does this apply to you?
– Many Sellers have gorgeous amounts of equity and may not even need a loan for their next step… Retiring? Downsizing? Take advantage of the current competitive pricing, don’t wait for a market with bidding wars!
– Looking to upsize for the dream home, purchase at a competitive price now and re-finance later for the better rate. “Marry the house, Date the rate!”
